What a season! More snow than I could have imagined, good friends, good times. I took heaps of video in Niseko. There was endless snow, more zones and features than we had the time to hit, lots of progression and new stuff learnt. Plus it was a long season. I did my best to cut it down to the good stuff, hopefully you like it?
Most of the filming was done in Hirafu and Hanazono. The park in Hanazono was the best on the hill, and the powder filled terrain in Hirafu was easily accessible. Although we enjoyed shredding all parts of the mountain and even visited Rusutsu. December, January, and February were completely snowy months, and pretty much every day was a powder day. This meant for difficult filming conditions but some great shots. In March we began to see the sun a little bit more, and in April we even got a few shots in the park. I was a wonderful experience all-round in Niseko, and I am really happy with how the movie ended up. I hope you enjoy it too!
