We work 5 days a week here, so Sunday is our only day off, and even on my day off I was up about half 7. It was basically a day on the internet for me, with a couple of little additions.

Firstly we had a morning yoga session at 8 o’clock, followed by a cool down in the river. The river session lasted about an hour because Bowlin and I had to finish off our dam. So we spent the first bit of the morning doing what middle aged women might, and the second acting like ten year olds. Reckon we made the river half a foot deeper though!

Secondly I took a sweet trip to the market with Sean and Jess. We saw 5 chickens killed and butchered in front of us, and managed to pick up the rest of the veg for Sunday lunch. I also found a stall that sells mangosteens for next to nothing, which is sweet!

We tried to watch Hull City after lunch but no joy. But we did find out that David Haye won the Heavyweight Championship. Good news!
